Northeast Indiana born and raised, I’m a husband and father of six, with their ages ranging from 22 to 6. I’ve spent 30 years in local journalism as an editor, writer, and photographer – 18 years at daily secular newspapers and the last 12 in Catholic media.

Photography began as a hobby for me. Having professional photos taken of my family became too expensive, so I bought a camera and started taking pictures of my kids myself. It’s why I still try to make my services as affordable as possible – and why you won’t be limited to a certain number of photos and then forced to pay extra for the rest. I’ve been there.
